This Week

Tomorrow we start our M-Step testing.  Please remind your child not to worry or stress out over this but to just do their best.  I will provide breaks and snacks for them:)
As an added bonus, no homework or spelling for the next two weeks.  Enjoy!!!

Friday we have our field trip to Lansing.  We leave at 8 a.m. sharp and return at about 4:45 p.m.  Your child will need a sack lunch and I will provide a snack that we will have during our bus ride.  Currently I have 16 parents going for sure, if you would still like to go just let me know.  I look forward to a busy yet fun day!

As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions, comments or concerns.  Have a fabulous week!

Animal Reports

Just a reminder, you are invited to come in and see the children present.  They will be in the computer lab presenting Wednesday morning from 9-10, and again in our classroom on Thursday afternoon from 1-2:30, and 3-3:30. This is an open format of everyone presenting at their computer all at the same time so you can come and go as you please.

Due to all the hard work by students on their animal reports, we will not be doing homework this week.  I hope that if you have a trip planned this gives you some extra time to pack and prepare:)

Also remember we have no school this Friday and we resume Monday April 11th @ 10:30 because it is a late start.  Have a wonderful evening!

Storm Therapy Dog

We were fortunate enough to have Mrs. Cruttenden bring her amazing therapy dog Storm to our class today.  She brings him to our school for the Kids Hope program and Storm helps many others in our community.  The children were so impressed with how helpful Storm is and we really appreciate Mrs. Cruttenden, Mrs. Adgate, and Mrs. Shantz for making it such a fun experience!
