Michigan Map T-Shirt
Hello Parents and Families:
The third grade team will be ordering T-Shirts for our trip
to Lansing on May 9, 2014. The high quality cotton shirts are white and display
the map of MICHIGAN and are surrounded by the Great Lakes. Each shirt cost $6.00 including tax. You are welcome to
order additional shirts if you like. (Note the cost for larger sizes.)
A-Plus Printing will waive all shipping charges with our
order. Please send in the attached form with your check or cash by April 1st, 2014. If you are
writing a check please make it to A Plus
Printing. We have no way of cashing checks made out to Valley View. Please
cut off the bottom half of this sheet and return in with your order. Thank you
